This Consuela T'bird bag is another hit for Consuela. It has enough room to hold everything I need and looks good doing it. However, as much as I like my bag, it's Sue Patrick's customer service that makes coming back a pleasure. The first time I ordered from her, I called the store to see if the item I wanted was available and good to ship. The lady I spoke to looked it up in her inventory and told me that it was in stock. Then she took the extra step of actually going and putting her hands on it to ensure that it actually was in the store. I ordered it online that day and I received it the following day. That was such a surprise to me that I did not hesitate when I wanted to place another order. Just like my first order, everything went smoothly and I had my package the day after I ordered it. I know that Sue Patrick has been in this location for almost as long as I can remember and I am not a young person. In fact, I was in my twenties when she opened. I'm thinking that her attention to customer service is probably one of the main reasons why. I heartily recommend Sue Patrick for all your 'girlie' needs. You won't be disappointed.
